What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are all fantastic. e all share our skills, experiences and knowledge to assist each other and everyone is willing to collaborate come time to lend a hand with a task or address a difficult situation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The sense of confidence and relaxed atmosphere that everyone I interviewed for, offered me. I felt very comfortable with each interviewer and could sense the kindness of the people I was already hoping to be working with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with everybody and feeling appreciated. Every day is an exciting day here at Aravo and there is always something to learn. There is never a dull day at this company and seeing its growth and continued success is certainly very motivating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they are very approachable, eager to listen to what yo have to say and ready to advice you in any way possible. They are a great group of people to interact with and the kind of persons that make you feel welcome and an important part of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody here is treated equally and given the same level of importance all around. We are all on the same boat and with the same commitment to make our company as successful as possible. So far so good! and It seems that we were all hand picked and matched according to be effective and productive.
