Excellent experience working with the company. Whereas many companies are closed at the top and don't offer visibility into the direction and mindset of the Executive Team, Aravo is very open and shares everything with its employees, making it an amazing place to work.

We have a really great benefits package for a small company. While I only have to cover myself it is still great that I do not have a lot of out of pocket expense to be covered, and the option to buy stock.

Everything needs changing in this place

The interview process was fine, it was a little lengthy. They are experiencing so much growth that it's a little hard to keep up.
