Overall - I highly recommend our company if you are looking for a culture of growth, and opportunity. Keeping in mind that you do have to work hard to be successful here, but the opportunities are endless.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was fine, it was a little lengthy. They are experiencing so much growth that it's a little hard to keep up.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love our software, I am excited to go in and learn more about our software and how our company as a whole is growing and morphing .
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our teams are highly collaborative. If someone has an issue we have weekly calls to get together and brain storm solutions. Regardless of if the project is yours or not everyone wants you to be highly successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership team is open minded and innovative. All ideas are considered, and they are very open in regards to what is happening in the company. I love the true spirit of innovation and open door policy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a really great benefits package for a small company. While I only have to cover myself it is still great that I do not have a lot of out of pocket expense to be covered, and the option to buy stock.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CEO is very innovative, and not just on paper. This makes a world of difference. He is also not the founder of the company which I believe makes him highly objective to how the company can grow and the path we take. Everyone here is very friendly and willing to jump in and help.
