What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Aravo is a great place to grow and be recognized; people are warm, collaborative, and extremely intelligent. You'll always be challenged but also supported.
Everyone at Aravo has been very good to work with and working at the company has been a very positive experience. The company-wide meetings are always fun and everyone has a good time.
The family oriented atmosphere and care that all employees have for each other.
Our CEO is very innovative, and not just on paper. This makes a world of difference. He is also not the founder of the company which I believe makes him highly objective to how the company can grow and the path we take. Everyone here is very friendly and willing to jump in and help.
It's such a supportive culture with fantastic people who inspire you, support you, empower you and help you achieve your very best (and make it fun at the same time).
Individual people matter and people are expected to have lives outside of the company.
Everybody here is treated equally and given the same level of importance all around. We are all on the same boat and with the same commitment to make our company as successful as possible. So far so good! and It seems that we were all hand picked and matched according to be effective and productive.
