What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was fine, it was a little lengthy. They are experiencing so much growth that it's a little hard to keep up.
Transparent, decisive, human-focused and inclusive.
The people I interviewed with were open about what they wanted, honest about the position they were looking to feel, interested in my experienced, and excited about how it could add to the strength of Aravo.
The sense of confidence and relaxed atmosphere that everyone I interviewed for, offered me. I felt very comfortable with each interviewer and could sense the kindness of the people I was already hoping to be working with.
It was straight forward, conversational, informative, and engaging.
