Company is untrustworthy and has a toxic work environment with no work life balance. Only "YES" men are acknowledged and HR is horrible with constant changes in policy to fit their own narrative. If you challenge the old management in place don't expect to be around long.

Old management does not take criticism well at all but expects you to take it when they dish it out.

Listening to their direct reports on suggestions for improvement instead of dictating every decision and being better in tone to the morale of the plant. Remove the old management and replace with new.
