Good people to work for
Women don't get a chance at advancement, it's a man driven atmosphere. They don't care about the quality of the glass. As long as it is packed and out the door, it's more pack bonus for their pockets.when something does get returned for bad ware, it's the employees fault when they wanted it packed.
