Not sure how I would rate the team
I work for a company that takes care of me. I am compensated well, I have great benefits, and for the most part, everyone I work with is great. The work is interesting, we make beer cans! The only thing better would be to be able to fill the empty cans!
My leadership team has vision and is accessible to the people on the front lines for feedback on what's happening in the market place.
