It was just through phone interview since it was Covid at that time. No face to face or in person interview.

What makes you most happy at work?
Not really a good start pay, getting 4% increase annually and it's still not good pay comparing to where I came from. Been working here 5 years this year and it doesn't match to what the company rates my position
