Communication and management, organization, safely and be quality driven
To treat individuals like human beings not robots
Listening to their direct reports on suggestions for improvement instead of dictating every decision and being better in tone to the morale of the plant. Remove the old management and replace with new.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and good insurance, but being union you miss out alot on overtime and extra holiday paying you don't have enough seniority
Medical insurance dental insurance and 401K match
Base pay is fair but don't expect a work life balance along with it.

Hourly workforce is great willing to go above and beyond. Upper management needs help and training.

Asked very easy questions nothing related to the process they operate. All very basic questions.

Check references and former employers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like when the clock reaches 5pm

Old management does not take criticism well at all but expects you to take it when they dish it out.
