What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hopefully the ability to earn even more options down the road. Through promotions, yearly evals, performance, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, Open, Open. I love that we are all basically a large extended family. Everyone is invested in each other's success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Amazing all around. I would say my team, in general terms, would be the entire company. The cooperation across the many smaller teams at Armorblox has been visible on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything. I love how open and positive people are about Armorblox and what we are trying to accomplish. I enjoy open office hours and meet and greets where we can learn more about the company and the people behind it.
