Armorblox is great because of its culture, some days are very very hectic and very stressful but the days that are not hectic are still very productive and I feel valued here, although I think a bit more appreciation can be shown for my work.

i love working at Armorblox , its one those few places where work is challenging but that does not make your life challenging, infact it makes it rewarding.

A role change i.e. a promotion will make me feel better about my value here, I feel it to be kind of due now
