The most positive thing about the culture and environment at our company is that everyone works together to quickly get through each job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is that I'm paid a high salary. I'm very happy with the pay I get, especially after being with the company for over 10 years.

The crew needs to do a better job of splitting up the workload equally, so each employee is doing their share of work.

Making sure the crew gets to each job & quickly finishes. Make sure they aren't just sitting around wasting time.
