CEO needs to reset and understand the business better. Reduce focus on politics since it is unproductive and does not generate member gains.

CEO has instilled a culture of fear and "everyone for themselves" attitude. The association suffers accordingly.

Concentrate on members and on internal team work. Minimize politics.
