The leadership from my CEO is correct but the message is being lost as it filters down to the work force. We need a clearer/ simpler set of values that puts the employee first and is not related to safety.

What can this brand most improve?

Maintenance on houses needs to be preformed correctly. PAINT does not hold a house together.
