What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, sense of humor and the urgency to want to do what's right.
I think the built to last idea was a good start for the future of the company, but now needs updating to build a forward thinking statement for the workforce to rally around.
Robin is a great figurehead.

I think that there should be more interaction between the departments. We all need each other to succeed but there is comradely

A recent change to our CEO has improved the culture dramatically.

We need to change the way we select successful candidates by behaviour and values and not purely expertise.

Being able to still laugh through all the adversity.
Great firm. Easy pace. Interesting work.

Constant Alignment by all involved over what future do we want and how are we to achieve this. Let’s start the conversation with the whole workforce on what will allow our company to exist the next 100 year
