The leadership from my CEO is correct but the message is being lost as it filters down to the work force. We need a clearer/ simpler set of values that puts the employee first and is not related to safety.

We need to change the way we select successful candidates by behaviour and values and not purely expertise.

I think the built to last idea was a good start for the future of the company, but now needs updating to build a forward thinking statement for the workforce to rally around.
