Their ability to divert leadership roles to individuals and trust them with core tasks that must bee accomplished on time for a project to be successful.

The personalities and individual skills that each person brings to the table when we have to accomplish a project.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
To be honest, I have a hard time coming up with a valid answer. Certain nuances such as having to be exactly to work on time or else you will get a pay cut, yet, working 2 hours overtime without compensation is almost expected.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k matching. I have heard from day one this was going to be implemented very soon and it seems like this keeps getting pushed back time and and time again.
