- What does the leadership team need to get better at?My experience is that management pays no attention to employees needs upon hiring. Agreed upon hours and days are ignored among other issues.

Our brand portfolio currently consists of three brands: Chico's, White House Black Market and Soma. Our brands are all specialty retailers of private label women's apparel, accessories and related products. We have 1,300+ boutiques operating in the US (including PR and USVI) and Canada, as well as an online presence for each of our brands.
