More effort from the lower level employees
It's kind of busy but I don't get a lot done.

The eye insurance was nice.
The company needs to encourage groups to work together. Currently many groups are under staffed, which has resulted in groups disconnecting and "hiding" to avoid additional work or being blamed for failure to meet timelines.
