Truthfulness, transparency, communication, and integrity.
I believe checking in the quality of work put forth by certain departments could be better. I felt i had no guidance in my department.
They need to step it up,

Stock grants and bonus structure
The eye insurance was nice.
I feel undervalued simply because I'm a woman and the men really make you feel as though you dont pull enough weight as them and its not fair.

If the opportunities were provided to all equaly and not only family.
I work long hours and don't get overtime.

Everyone stays quiet regarding Yaritza Schumacher since having her happy is the only way you can go up to other positions. Son, niece, bhusband are untouchable.

The company needs to encourage groups to work together. Currently many groups are under staffed, which has resulted in groups disconnecting and "hiding" to avoid additional work or being blamed for failure to meet timelines.
Communiation was lacking between the investigators and technicians. Everything negative the investigators had to say was communicated through an overworked supervisor. There would be meetings about work performance without the person of subject in attendance & small errors blown out of proportion.

If, you are a woman Prepare to be treated like it's the 60's. This company treats women as inferior. They talk down to you, cut you off in meetings, etc
it was apparent that they are looking for "right" answers, not ability or merit
Interviewers were great and made me feel comfortable
I was able to meet almost everyone in our department.
the people were very friendly
It was not an invasive process.
Honestly, nothing. The interview was too easy but thats because I knew everything and i am way too good at my job.

The people are jusr very slow and need trained more. The machines are going down every other day and its exhausting having to keep up. Im the only one that tries to fix all the problems
