Some people call me Em, but I came on here to say that this company isnt worth all the stress. The people are very itritating and Brad is the worst one. He talks down on women and doesnt like to treat people fairly. Theres been a certain person gone for days and I have to pick up the slack.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The whole company is falling apart.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honestly just hire new employees or make them all work together.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Honestly, nothing. The interview was too easy but thats because I knew everything and i am way too good at my job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually being a team. Theyre all so worried about their own reputations. And Latoya also talks about everyone in the company with her side kick.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to improve their behaviors. Im basically the mom of the company and everyone that comes toe complaining are the ones not doing their jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued simply because I'm a woman and the men really make you feel as though you dont pull enough weight as them and its not fair.
