Immediate supervisor is good. Training was excellent.

Pay, its 16,000 below the average for my job

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The salary could be better considering the experience , to have the same salary as someone who doesnt have experience, doesnt make sense.
