I have worked on different Bechtel jobs since 2003. In my experience ai think they were more process oriented in the past and now they are more results oriented, which may be firing back in the long run.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I got a 10% raise last year. 4.5% in my salary and 5.5% as a performance bonus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have worked in many projects and recruited good people. They are overall very decent and smart people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find a sense of camaraderie that is hardly found in other jobs... and we're all from.very different backgrounds.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Thr people I work with are smart and interested in complete solutions for our project. I'm very in-tune with them on this.
