What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find a sense of camaraderie that is hardly found in other jobs... and we're all from.very different backgrounds.

The sense of purpose and accomplishment
They preach safety. It's not just a topic it's a culture and same with be your brother/sisters keeper. I feel they truly mean it.

Work environment excellent. Everyone shares and takes ownership of common set of values and beliefs. Adequate work station and all necessary tools need to perform job are supplied.
