Store managers attitude, decisions, and approach to any situation. This is leading to driving the best employees out to seek other jobs and opportunities
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I, along with others of the management staff and associates, wonder what we will be blamed for at the start of each shift. Regardless if the tasks were accomplished the day prior there is always something that irritates the store manager. This results in a one on one with no positive reinforcement.
