Pay employees in line with what other beverage retailers pay. Avoid burning out your loyal employees because you are not able to adequately hire good help, i.e. no breaks after 4 hours, in-store lunch break requests from management, overtime expected, guilting employees who ask for time off.

They need to value their employees and properly train new Bevmologists. Get rid of the Cancer in the store, they’ve already lost numerous employees because of one individu

Better pay, better retention of employees. In the long run you save more money than having a revolving door of hires, and quitters.
I was given the store manager job and then taken away, meanwhile I still had to do all the jobs of the store manager while making assistant manager wage.
I earn $17.00/hour while only 3 people are working a shift and usually one will call out. I have been asked to do manager's duties on a daily basis without regard for my compensation. I found after asking my store manager, that he was unaware of my pay rate. Total wine is paying $25/hr for the same.

Our team is trying to be loyal, help one another with mental break down due to burning out with OT and extra responsibility with e-commerce and go puff orders. Customers are frustrated with lack of service and take it out on the team. Go puff drivers can be rude and demanding while we try our best.

Everyone is different and fun!
Follow safety conpliance and not expect evfuone ekse to do it for them such as putting away ladders or cleanong up onjects off the floor. Actually hoing thfough checklist instead of just checking boxes on paper. Like signing off on elevator checklist and we dont even have an elevator.
Too many managers and not enough workers that know how to work. Get rid of abusive mentally ill manager

Provide free water to employees. It's inhumane not to do so. Raise pay rates and get rid of go puff nonsense.
Have corporate closely oversee the day to dayboperations of the district HR and store managers. There is a flawed system st pasadena and someone is going to get hurt. From ladders being left out, to employees smoking weed and drinking on the job, to homeless atacking staff. Corporate please step in.
Higher ups don't seem to care to much about employee retention or longevity.
