My manager wont talk to me. She'll agree to meet eith me at a fime and then when i come in she has left for the day with no message me for me. Ive tried calling HR who hung up in the middle of our combersation because she had a meeting to go to, said she woukd call me back, but no call after weeks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Have corporate closely oversee the day to dayboperations of the district HR and store managers. There is a flawed system st pasadena and someone is going to get hurt. From ladders being left out, to employees smoking weed and drinking on the job, to homeless atacking staff. Corporate please step in.
