To have a promise kept and finally get my raise. Been working for too long loyally and watched everyone else get one. But me
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well to be tested fairly instead of ganged up on for starters. And to not be drowned out literally and just removed from the conversation. Also to finish a conversation instead of rudely interrupted and then called rude when I go to ask a question.
