Everyone seems very willing (and able) to persevere and stay focused. There is a confidence and level of professionalism that I appreciate. Integrity does appear to be at the core of everyone's willingness and hard work. Looking forward a consistency in communication once we make the transitition.

Not being micromanaged, but when you need help it's provided by not only my manager but my colleagues.

The willingness to want to keep pursuing excellence as employees and the comapny as a whole, but not at the expense of personal time. And the willingness to pursue how effective BHRT pellet therapy for men and women's health.
