Very happy with biote. My only complaint is the benefits package working for a medical company. That was the only part that made the transition difficult. Other than that, its an incredible company with incredible people.

I absolutely love the team of people I work both regionally and at a corporate level. Everyone is always willing to help. My only complaints are truly health insurance and auto package. Love the company otherwise and thier mission for the future.

Being able to communicate with them personally. It still feels like each voice at Biote matters.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the healthcare coverage for a medical company is poor. I also think the Motus program is poor. Friends that work in the industry have a much better car benefit whether is be an actual company car or better mileage. I do feel like my salary is fair but look forward to growing it each year.
