They are REAL. They do not treat any employee like they are better. They share information they are able to. They make you feel needed.

Ability to collaborate and be heard. Everyone's opinion counts. We all share duties. There are no "it's not my job" attitudes. Everyone pitches in to make sure tasks are accomplished.

They engage employees and value opinion. You feel you have a voice and are worthy. They are experts in their function and strive to make the company successful for what they call "the family".

We are a TEAM. We need each other and we know it and value each other for what they bring to the table. We work together on anything necessary to be a successful department. Open, collaborative meetings to achieve success.

We all matter! Every single one of us have an important role and each of us are thankful for the other employees to make it happen, each and every day! People are so talented and friendly. It's a pleasure to be in this type of environment all day with such great people.
