Overall my experience has been positive and i have enjoyed the oppoturnity to grow my market. I am concerned with the goals that are in place as outside challenges beyond my control are negatively impacting growth (ever changing territory, lawsuit, price increases, cert training options)

Open communication of ideas and it seems to be growing in it's diversity

Hearing the positive feedback from the patients and doctors on the product we are offering.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have a base salary but the commissions and the constant change in my territory is of concern.
