You will know while working at Bloomenergy that you are replaceable. You are a number and a liability to be monitored and squeezed for every ounce of productivity they can force out of you. Work ethic will get you no where at Bloom. Most people advance based on there relationship to the higher ups.

The interview process was fine for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are good and the pay is fair but is falling out of pace with inflation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss is a good guy and treats us well. The problem with the company is the policy's and culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best part is the people. I cannot say anything positive about the top down culture that is imposed on the workers.
