What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss is a good guy and treats us well. The problem with the company is the policy's and culture.
Nimble, well thought out, focused, always met goals, always upfront and honest
They are clear about growth
Focused on max production only.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are good and the pay is fair but is falling out of pace with inflation.
Great health care coverage, stock grants, & bonuses.
It is below average but employee benefits are 100% paid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if i got paid more

There is a lot of collaboration and positive attitude

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More communication on projects and who has done what for a project.
We need to hold our leaders accountable for respecting our experience and accepting our input.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best part is the people. I cannot say anything positive about the top down culture that is imposed on the workers.

Being part of a green and clean technology.
