what's your workflow? agile? waterfall?

My workflow is GTD, so I guess you could call that a hybrid of agile/waterfall, leaning toward agile.
How many women are in your team? is it diverse enough?
We have the most balanced team of male/female and racial/ethnic/religious diversity that I have ever worked on. It is great to feel the balance of perspectives in a conference room. This is part of what makes Bloom work so well.
How do the current devs on the team act towards new developers that join?
In general we mentor the heck out of young/new hires but give them some room to figure out the way themselves according to their personality. It takes a soft touch.
