From March 1997 to March 1998, Mr. Konig served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel to Anthony L., L.L.C. and J.S.P. Footwear, Inc., manufacturers and distributors of branded footwear and clothing lines. From September 1989 to March 1997, Mr. Konig was an attorney in private practice with Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, Ravin, Davis & Himmel, LLP of Woodbridge, NJ, concentrating in Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy Law and Corporate Transactions. From September 1987 to September 1989, he was an attorney in private practice with Ravin, Sarasohn, Cook, Baumgarten, Fisch & Baime of Roseland, NJ, concentrating in Bankruptcy Law.
