Mr. Christopher J. Vohs, CPA has been the Chief Accounting Officer at Bluerock Real Estate, L.L.C since July 2010. Mr. Vohs has been the Chief Accounting Officer at Bluerock Multifamily Growth REIT, Inc. since July 2010. He has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc. since July 2010 and has been its Treasurer since March 19, 2014. Previously, he served as the Corporate Controller at Roberts Realty Investors, Inc from March 2009 to July 2010, where Mr. Vohs was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for the REIT. From October 2004 to March 2009, he worked at Pulte Homes in various financial roles, including as Internal Audit Manager & Asset Manager and later as Vice President of Finance for Pulte's Orlando and Southeast Florida operations. He was responsible for all finance, accounting and administrative operations of the division. From January 1999 to October 2004, he worked as an Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he earned his CPA certification and focused on mid-size to large private and public companies in the manufacturing, finance and communications industries. Mr. Vohs received his B.A. degree in Accounting from Michigan State University in 1998. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Michigan State University.

Mr. Michael L. Konig, Esq. has been General Counsel of Bluerock Real Estate, L.L.C. and its affiliates since December 2004 and also serves as its Senior Vice President and Secretary. Mr. Konig serves as the President, Secretary and Chief Legal Officer at Bluerock Enhanced Multifamily Trust, Inc. He serves as Secretary, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc. and served as its Senior Vice President since December 2004. He served as General Counsel of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. (formerly, New World Restaurant Group, Inc.) since January 1999. From March 1998 to December 1998, Mr. Konig served as a Consultant to the Einstein Noah regarding its acquisition of Manhattan Bagel Co., and maintained a separate client base. From March 1997 to March 1998, Mr. Konig served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel to Anthony L., L.L.C. and J.S.P. Footwear, Inc., manufacturers and distributors of branded footwear and clothing lines. From September 1989 to March 1997, Mr. Konig was an attorney in private practice with Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, Ravin, Davis & Himmel, LLP of Woodbridge, NJ, concentrating in Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy Law and Corporate Transactions. From September 1987 to September 1989, he was an attorney in private practice with Ravin, Sarasohn, Cook, Baumgarten, Fisch & Baime of Roseland, NJ, concentrating in Bankruptcy Law. Mr. Konig received a J.D. from California Western School of Law and an M.B.A. in Finance with high honors from San Diego State University.
