We are all here to get the job done, and done well! I get along well with everyone I work with which makes going to work much more comfortable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is great at their job! They are there when I need them and do a great job and motivating everyone to do better. No micro management what so ever
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make decisions that are usually for higher roles, because my company believes in its employees. They believe that we have more to bring to the table than just our day to day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have many roles, yet I feel that I am only seen for a few. I also really wish I had paid vacation time that accrued at a faster rate. I currently lose money when I take vacation, because it takes so long to acquire even just a week of PTO.
