Stock opportunities are excellent. High commissions as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is such a positive atmosphere to work in. The leaders do a LOT for all team members to keep them motivated and feel appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All team members see the big picture. While every day isn't glamorous we work together really well and all understand the underlying goal to grow business.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that the interview process is interactive and not with just one person. Multiple personalities in one room help bring out different sides of a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only constant is change. Every employee learns that when joining the team. Understanding that concept helps when things get bumpy and procedures need to be changed. The team atmosphere is incredible.
What makes you most happy at work?
The sale itself- it all aspects. I love working as part of the sales team. It is an adrenaline rush. So many doors are slammed in your face so when you finally get a win and the opportunity to help someone it is such a great feeling. Saving someone money and improving their coverage and security.
