Brown & Brown has vastly improved educational resources and trainings. However, because of understaffing and turnover, it’s hard to take advantage of the training
they hire inexperienced people with no background and expect everyone to train and do their job as well as managers are too busy with their work as well
Work harder rather than getting involved in petty unnecessary non work related issues that are brought in office. Mind own business and leave other co workers alone
