What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is not top heavy - I know who my regional manager is, and I know who the VP is. I love knowing the executive team instead of dealing with 100 managers and VP’s under the organization. You can actually speak with the people who make decision

The sale itself- it all aspects. I love working as part of the sales team. It is an adrenaline rush. So many doors are slammed in your face so when you finally get a win and the opportunity to help someone it is such a great feeling. Saving someone money and improving their coverage and security.
