My experience has been average. I have been with Bunzl since the start of Covid so it was little interaction with others. In my time however, i have seen a lot of people in management roles that still don't know how to navigate AS400 and they don't know the processes of the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard and sticks together through the frustration.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when interacting with the customers at work. Growing our relationship and in turn our business value.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The person i interviewed with was the most likeable part of the interview process. It took too long to be reached out to regarding the position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is a vague question as we dont know what leadership you are pertaining to. Our local leadership and corporate leadership are currently focusing on restructuring, thats their best attribute right now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I'm expected to add more workload to my plate due to labor shortage without fair compensation If we're not adding more staff, we need to be paid fairly for the workload. My management team also reminds us they receive high bonuses while we don't have a fair wage
