The employee stock purchase program is incredibly generous and allows employees to build wealth overtime.

The leadership team needs to establish a culture based on integrity and allow lower and mid-level managers to make decisions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

CP does not build meaningful relationships with customers due to their unwillingness to travel and entertain customers. Engaging with customers face-to-face would build trust and strengthen relationships. This would open doors to better opportunities.
