The employee stock purchase program is incredibly generous and allows employees to build wealth overtime.

Reporting record profits, quarter after quarter, at the expense of labor.

Take care of the little man. They will drive you to success
CP does not build meaningful relationships with customers due to their unwillingness to travel and entertain customers. Engaging with customers face-to-face would build trust and strengthen relationships. This would open doors to better opportunities.
