To work at a reasonable pace, be able to make improvements that makes the work we do worth 100 times more than anyone else, and have customers that love the results of what we do.
The medical benefits favor people with no dependents. Medical providers have implied our benefits are the best. Also my time does not seem to be valued. E.g., when seeing a doctor, working to make up the hours in a week even when 50 hours were worked last week. Need more time to improve.
