Leadership is open to differences of opinions. Respect of others is always paramount but opposing points of view, and the reasons behind those points of view are encouraged, and considered.
I appreciate the transparency of the leadership team-especially during the uncertain Covid times.

How open they are to hear ideas from every level worker and that they will always take time to hear concerns and answer questions.
They usually have employee interests in mind. Many times at other companies leadership is off in their own strategic universe and when you talk to them, it feels like you are a 2 year old talking to an adult, here everyone is treated like an adult.
Leadership cares about employees, I love working here
The leadership team has tons of experience in the industry and in the LOB they support. I would like to see more diversity in the leadership level, and an additional member or two. Currently, they're spread thin and it shows.
