They seem to have an open door policy, any questions or issues you are able to speak with them and get some feedback on what can be done better.
They are enthusiastic, quick on their feet and always putting their employees first.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefits are really good.

I like the fact that bonuses are paid. They're not just a carrot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are abysmal. The benefit offerings are not set up to support long-term employment here. Not only are the 401k matching and health care benefits terrible, but we are not offered secondary benefits such as a stipend for internet, cell phone, or office material expenses. Very out of touch.
I'm frequently changing doctors since current ones no longer accept my plan. Benefits favor people that don't have a family. 401k matching is 1%, which is low comparably. When I have to visit a doctor it should not be required that I make up the time.
A higher title and salary would make me feel better about my worth and the accomplishments that I've done since joining the company.
Terrible benefits - insurance, 401k, ma/paternity leave, etc.

The 401k plan is only 1% vested over 5 years. This is far below market average
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is goal focused and committed to reaching the same goal with integrity and honesty.
Everyone is always willing to help out no matter how busy they are.
Culture - all in this together, do our share and lift others up.
We have incredibly driven and knowledgeable team members throughout the practices. Team members really walk the walk when it comes to knowing best practices and implementing them for the best client results. The environment fostered is very collaborative and knowledge sharing focused.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always supported to be human
When we have our meetings, they always start off with jokes, personal conversations and laughs. The team is very collaborative and the company as a whole focuses on work life balance.
That people want to know what's going on in your lives.
There is an emphasis on not getting burnt out.

I had multiple interviews so I got to see a wide number of people in varying roles and levels through my interview process
Each interview it was clear on the next steps, was more relaxed.
Short timeframe between interview and hire!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing wrong with the company. I don't think the position I'm in is the right position for me and often think about other opportunities. But I stay because of how the Executives treat their employees, the excellent work-life balance the company offers and the benefits package is pretty solid.
