The diversity. Not just racial diversity but backgrounds and worldviews.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment at Capital Factory is casual, comfortable and innovative. People are relaxed and have while getting their duties done.
What makes you most happy at work?
The lack of stress. I think it is the support network that gives the feeling of "mistakes are fine" and allows for a relatively stress free environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview process in particular with very casual and not typical. I already knew most of the staff before being hired so it was just a short chat.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care. The are extremely intelligent and hard-working people that are more than happy to take time out of their own schedule to grow, support and mentor their staff.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly, it is the intangibles. The job comes with lots of flexibility, autonomy and grow opportunities. The benefits are good but its the things that aren't on paper that I love the most.
