They are very involved in the day-to-day of our clients and team. When I talk to them, I feel listened to. They may not be able to solve all problems, but they do a great job in a rapidly growing organization.
They listen to feedback from employees and adjust things accordingly. They also trust the team to do their job. Being given the freedom to execute ideas without being micromanaged is awesome. This is a place you can really make an impact.

I think they're doing great. We all have growing pains to work out- nothing specific to leadership.
